Product Launch & Social Media Campaign

Project Overview

My client in the equine industry launched a groundbreaking discovery and product! Working as part of a cross-functional team, I was brought on to develop and execute a digital campaign to raise awareness, educate their audience, and drive online engagement and sales through a cohesive digital strategy.

Goals & KPIs

The primary goals were to:

Creative Process

The 30-day campaign combined educational storytelling with promotional content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I developed the creative direction, messaging, and social media strategy by balancing informative educational content with product highlights (social posts, web graphics, video, copy for blog and digital articles).

To expand reach and credibility, I collaborated with high-profile influencers and affiliates who helped launch and promote the campaign through educational content and authentic engagement on Instagram and Facebook. Each post was optimized for engagement, reach, and conversion, supported by a coordinated posting schedule and targeted ad spend.

Results

The campaign achieved outstanding performance within the 30-day period (vs. the previous month):

  • +45% increase in website sessions

  • +121% increase in sales

  • +94% increase in orders

  • 34% conversion rate

These results exceeded the campaign’s initial KPIs and demonstrated the impact of data-driven creative strategy in both audience education and direct sales growth.

Product Development, Design & Campaign Rollout

Project Overview

A lifestyle and apparel brand in the equestrian space partnered with me to develop a limited-edition collection for horse and rider, created in collaboration with a high-profile influencer. The goal was to design and launch an exclusive, fashion-forward line that combined performance, elegance, and community appeal — while generating excitement and sales through strategic influencer marketing.

The main objectives were to:

  • Design a limited-edition collection in collaboration with a high-profile influencer

  • Expand reach and credibility with influencer marketing & affiliates

  • Create anticipation and exclusivity through a two-week launch campaign

  • Drive brand visibility, social engagement, and retail interest

Creative Process

The collection was the result of months of collaboration and development with myself, another designer & marketing professional, alongside a manufacturing team. From trend and market research, creating patterns, designing products, sourcing textiles, product testing, and fittings, to then the actual launch strategy, messaging, social campaigns, graphics, print, packaging, and campaign rollout!

The launch featured a strong influencer and content-driven strategy, combining teaser content, UGC, and luxury editorial-style photography. The campaign ran across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, supported by the designers, influencers, and affiliates. The collection debuted at an international fashion show, marking a high-impact moment for the brand and products.

Results

The 14-day campaign generated remarkable traction across social platforms and sold out the limited-edition collection within days of launch.

  • The collaboration sold out within days, driving significant brand visibility and retailer demand across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Social engagement surged — one campaign post alone reached over 129,000 views, resulting in an 8,500% increase in engagement compared to average posts.

  • The same post generated a 250% spike in profile visits, over 100 new followers in a single day, and thousands of organic interactions

  • The campaign’s overall reach and excitement established a new performance benchmark for future influencer collaborations within the brand.

This project demonstrated the power of combining intentional design, influencer partnerships, and storytelling to turn a limited collection into a sell-out success.

Personal Brand Development & Management

Project Overview

A certified wellness professional with 40+ years of international teaching experience approached me to create a personal brand that reflected her expertise and teaching philosophy. She wanted to offer specialized services for older adults, including one-on-one sessions and group classes.

Goals & KPIs

The main objectives were to:

  • Develop a cohesive personal brand to reflects experience, teaching style, and personality

  • Design a user-friendly website with class scheduling and appointment booking capabilities

  • Establish and grow audience through digital channels to reach clients and community partners

  • Support initial bookings and local partnerships

Creative Process

The process began with discovery sessions to understand and establish her approach, goals, target audience, messaging, and build a strategy. I developed a complete visual identity, including logo, colour palette, typography, website, business cards, flyers, and on-trend promotional items (such as yoga mats, water bottles, stress balls), for clients and events to create a memorable yet approachable look.

The website was designed to showcase her services, streamline bookings, and provide educational content for clients including a blog and On-Demand Video portal. Social media accounts were populated with branded content to reflect her services, community-involvement, and provide educational content. Ongoing management ensured consistent engagement and growth with her audience and local community.

Results

Since launching her personal brand:

  • 12 new clients (and growing!)

  • Local in-person event bookings and virtual corporate events

  • Local partnerships with community organizations

  • 700 new followers in 1 year on social media

  • 300+ new email subscribers in 1 year
